The Thursday Night Showcase returns to the cozy confines of Smith and Company Coffee House in Penticton tonight at 8 p.m.
This is the second concert for a series of events featuring local talent.
On the second Thursday of each month, local musician Kyle Anderson will host four local acts in an unplugged environment – two professional working groups, one student and one casual performer. All acts are from the South Okanagan with the exception of some featured guest performers.
Tonight‘s line-up features Susie Tomicic, Gord McLaren with Ken Mehrer, Lucas Penner with Phil d‘Aoust and Aidan Mayes.
The April 8 show is scheduled to include Nathalie Lewis and About Time, Curtis Parry, Nikita Afonso and Gail Riddall.
Acts already confirmed for future monthly concerts include Dustin McGifford, The Darylectones, Tekatie, William Leggott and the Kettle Valley Brakemen.
For more information and interviews contact Kyle Anderson at 250-492-5670 or kyle@amazingrubberband.com.
Tickets are $15 plus GST and available at the door.
