The Larry Thompson foursome logged a 123 to post a three-shot win at the Twin Lakes Golf Resort senior men’s day 4-man team – par points outing on Tuesday.
Bill Rogocky, Doug Brown and Gerry Chalmers were the other partners.
Second place by countback at 120 went to Reid Sutherland, Dueane Sly, Chuck Clubine and Greg Cox.
Tim Gladish, Red Bosscha, Lloyd Niddery and Les Stevens settled for third.
Rogocky, Thompson, Gladish, Cox, Gary Kennedy, Don Minto, Mark Dodge, Ron English and Glen Jolliffe shared the deuce pot.
Sly, Cox and Dodge had closest-to-the-pin honours and Jolliffe and Grant Olsen had the long putts on No. 8 and No. 14, respectively.

Lynne Karaim edged out Carol Mulligan by countback as the Summerland Golf and Country Club ladies played in the Zone 2 Challenge low net event.
Carol Mulligan and Joanne Gartrell were the first flight winners while Kathy Larkin was runner-up to Karaim in the second flight.

The team of Doug Anderson, John Menu, Neil Mackie and Sid Parrott carded an even 100 to win the Penticton Golf and Country Club senior men’s day “4 man shamble, 2 best net” event on Wednesday.
Tied for second at 102 were Robin Greer, Chris Cottrill, Gord Sheehan and Larry Kowal, and the team of Hendrik Keij, Ron Hosner, Norm Gettel and Art Moore. 94 golfers took part in the event.
