Rosalie Tadla and Alona Moster of Rosalinda's Filipino Kitchen dish up award-winning chili during the fourth annual Chili Cook Off Saturday at the Vernon Winter Carnival. They also won the Spirit Award, voted upon by dozens of chili lovers who sampled dishes from five downtown restaurants. The carnival wraps up today with a community skate from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wesbild Centre. Admission costs $2 per person or $5 a family, as well as a can of food for the food bank.
