The annual Seedy Saturday in Penticton will be held Feb. 24 at the Jim Pattison Centre of Excellence at Okanagan College, 583 Duncan Ave.
Seedy Saturday is an event offering a number of organic seed vendors and growers, bedding plants and garden products.
There will be bedding plants and a free seed-swap table. Master gardeners, as well as Penticton’s garden club and Incredible Edible Penticton, will also be on board.
This year’s event includes a number of local growers and food producers with a wide variety of local products, including honey, juice, cheese, baking and an increasing number of local producers offering gluten-free products.
Door prizes and kids’ activities will round out the day. Parking is free on the weekend at Okanagan College.
