In reference to a comment made at this week's Penticton City Council meeting by Mayor Dan Ashton about people smoking at the front of the Penticton Lakeside Resort (which was in response to a comment made by general manager David Prystay about the mayor having the "balls" to ban smoking on public beaches), Prystay has posted this sign outside the hotel's main entrance.
