Alan Jackson is returning to Pentciton.

 

The country superstar, who last entertained South Okanagan Events Centre audiences in 2009, returns to The Peach City on the August holiday weekend.
Global Spectrum announced this morning that Jackson will play at the SOEC on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m. with tickets going on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
Jackson is touring in support of his latest album "Thirty Miles West" which included the Grammy-nominated song "So You Don't Have to Love Me Anymore."
The multi-award winning musician has topped the Billboard country charts on 35 occasions with a long string of hits which includes "Don't Rock the Jukebox", "Chattahoochee", "Remember When" and "Country Boy."
Tickets range in price from $40 to $92, plus service charges and are available from www.ValleyFirstTix.com, by phone at 1-877-SOEC-TIX or in person at the South Okanagan Events Centre and Penticton and Wine Country Visitor Centre box offices.
